Not only do we all worry about earning enough money to live, but doing well in the work place and meeting increasingly difficult deadlines is a growing stress that is effecting not only your working life, but that is having a definite impact on your social life.

Family can be one of the main causes of stress. The old saying of “you can’t pick them!” takes on a surprisingly strong meaning in the stress polls.

Because each of your family members is so precious to you, this can result in them actually causing you stress. Unintentionally, their daily dramas can and will result in you feeling the pressures and stress of your everyday family life.

The harsh reality of the dating game is that it is a brutal and pit holed world that takes a lot of work to gain a reward.

Death is obviously a main cause of stress and is the most heart wrenching. Within all of our lives, death is a factor that we all have to deal with and it is not only the passing of a loved one that causes the stress, sorting the financial and domestic side of the passing is an extremely stressful situation.

Stress affects everyone differently and the causes of stress differ for each individual and that alters as we age, regardless of the type of stress you are under, there are several ways of managing it that will enable you to get your life back on track.
