It’s okay that you might fling a few hate words at this point. I flung a few myself when I realized that I have total control over my current reality. You see, my stress and anxiety gave me horrible migraine headaches…3 to 4 a week! But, once I kept a pulse on what I was thinking, I realized that I wasn’t the sunny, positive person that everyone thought I was.
I always blamed someone at work, blamed my spouse, blamed the city I lived in, blamed the weather, and blamed our president.
I couldn’t have been more wrong.
Everyone is capable of managing stress and anxiety. To do it, you must become aware of what you are thinking about. Thinking is your highest power, so it stands to reason that you must fill your mind with all of the power, possibility and promise that life has to offer.
Positive and negative thoughts cannot occupy your mind at the same time. When you think positively, negative thoughts cannot enter your mind!
Think about what you’re thinking about, and you will take control of your stress and anxiety today!
